OUTLINE OF SERVICES

Orientours is pleased to offer a full spectrum of travel services. For individuals for groups, incentives, conventions or seminars, and cruises.
Destinations covered:
Orientours provides services to virtually destinations mainly Thailand and Indochina . Rates and destinations not listed herein are available upon request.

Reservations:
All enquiries and reservations for services can be made directly to Orientours Head Office, address details in the contact page.

Confirmation:
All reservation requests will be confirmed immediately. Where this is not possible you will be advised as to the booking's status. All communication costs including phone, fax, etc. are not charged as part of standard Orientours procedure.

Cancellations:
Cancellation charges are not levied by Orientours Company Limited. However, where hotels or third party contractors do charge fees, we are obliged to pass such charges on to you.

Rates:
All rates unless specified otherwise are quoted in Euros (EUR) net per person. And are subject to changes in line with market fluctuation, without prior notice.

Guide:
All services provide English, Italian, French, Spanish or German speaking guides as needed.

Transfers:
All rates are based on a one way service. From point of pick up at the airport, railway station, etc. to the hotel or vice versa.

Transfer rates include:
Welcome at point of arrival.
Expediting arrival & departure procedure.
Lugguage handling charges.
Transportation by air conditioned minibus or coach unless indicated otherwise.
Reconfirmation of onward travel arrangement

Tours :
Rates are established on a per person basis, from point of collection to return.

Tour rates include:
Transportation as shown in the tour schedule.
Services of foreign speaking guides.
Admission fees.
Meals as indicated in the tour schedule.

Transportation:
The very best available transportation is provided at each destination.

Standard of services:
Within the limitations of each destination, Orientours prides itself on being able to consistently provide and maintain standard service for our clients.

Payment:
Payment in full must be received prior to arrival of the client(s). Payments to be made in the name of Orientours Co. , Ltd. Bangkok, Thailand at the following bank:

Tour leaders:
Unless indicated otherwise, one complimentary hotel room on a sharing twin basis is provided for every 15 full paying guests travelling on the same itinerary.

This arrangement includes transfer and tour services but excludes meals taken in the hotel.

Liabilities:
Orientours Company Limited is acting as an intermediary between transport companies, hotels, car operators, restaurants and other contractors providing the services, and as such is not liable for any loss, damage or accident however caused or arising from circumstances beyond its control.

No liability will likewise be taken for baggage lost or damaged, or personal injury. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, political actions or unrest must be borne by the passengers.

Orientours Company Limited reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without prior notice if found to be in the best interest of the clients.

Rates are based on situation at the time of issuing the confidential tariff schedule. Therefore, changes to rates, timetables, programmes and tour prices included herein, are possible before the published expiry date.

Insurance Coverage:
All clients are covered by a special accident insurance whilst in Thailand . Details available upon request.
